Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using UK Payslip Generator (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

The Service allows you to create UK-style payslips for personal or business use. Calculations (e.g. tax, NI) are for guidance only. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for any use of generated payslips (e.g. with HMRC or employees).

Employer payroll and HMRC. We’re building payroll for micro and small employers who need HMRC-compliant PAYE without enterprise software prices. Until Real Time Information (RTI) filing is available in the Service, we help you produce payslips and leaving and year-end paperwork from your figures; full HMRC filing is on our roadmap. You remain responsible for meeting your PAYE obligations (including any required submissions to HMRC) using appropriate means until such features are offered and you choose to use them.

3. Payment and refunds

Fees for payslip downloads are as shown at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis; contact us via the Contact page.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or for other operational reasons.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for illegal purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to transmit harmful or offensive content. You must not attempt to circumvent security, scrape data, or overload our systems.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Payslips generated are for convenience; you should verify figures with an accountant or HMRC as appropriate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
